I have set up this blog with my interest of photography in mind. I created a Flickr account not too long ago and while I find Flickr a great medium to explore photos I think it lacks the personality that a blog can give. So here I am with my first post on my new blog. I want to use Polyroid in conjunction with my Flickr to share my photos and maybe discuss my thoughts on them perhaps. This first photo is an example of the right place at the right time. I love lines, and when I see them I think about how I can take a photo of them. Regardless of any photo I take if I have my digital SLR with me I would usually take a million photos of the same thing and choose my most favourite later on when I look at them on my computer. This photo was the only one I took however, probably because I was in a rush at the time. Maybe I should employ taking only one photo as a technique, one which I use when shooting film as its like $$$ each shot so let's hope it's good!
